After much swatching and graphing, I have figured out the design for the center of my shawl. I have also decided to design a peacock that will be colored like a Palawan. Therefore, I have moved on to the next part of the bird.

Does this look like a peacock eye to you? Me neither. Back to the liquor cabinet drawing board.

I’ve yet to look at a peacocks eye lately to tell. You are doing great though. :D
A drink couldn’t hurt though. Not right NOW of course as it’s a bit early, but ya know later. :P

Maybe with the “eye” on the top it might look more authentic? Not sure, haven’t seen too many peacocks lately, but good on ya for being adventurous enough to try this.

hmmm, how did I miss this post?
after you’ve imbibed more, how about changing the direction of the plummage to form a V rather than a teepee?
